In Trend:Suicidal Ideation

 


Honestly ,a new trend that most of uncomfortable about.The word itself denoted negative notations and many preferred to avoid speaking or listening about. However, there are some who appears brave enough to commit or at least attempt without considering or analyzing the percussion. Sadly, the suicidal rate was hiking past few years and to the worst figures during this catastrophic pandemic .They are not cowards because you really need the boldness to meet your death but just wonder on why they lose the hope of living,at least once?While problems pushes on to such action,there are also people doing it for fun,like a trial!The most common causes for suidical ideation are as listed below:
  • Chronic or debilitating illness
  • Mental illness
  • Lack of family support
  • Lack of moral or ethical background

  • Poverty or loss of income
  • Constant failures with feeling of hopeless
  • Relationship failure
  • Influence by a suicidal incident
  • Supertitious belief
  • Underlying psychiatric disorders in family
  • Substance abuse
  • Rejection by family and society
  • Social media
      We should be sensitive over the feelings of people around us,can be your family members,colleagues,friends or whoever has close communication with you to rectify this issues in a more right manner and without losing a worthful life.There are few signs showing someone in intense thoughts of suicidal as follows:

     A good motivation and encouragement to live would be able to banish any problems in instance but sadly they keen to take up the choice to die rather that live.They forgotten the fact that they the same person who strived hard to remain in womb for months despite many turbulence faced while encased there.They definitely needs help which should come from themself and from the people around them too.

Besides that,several steps can surely help to overcome this problem as follows:
  • speak and share your problems to a trustable person or agency
  • watch humorous tv show or movie
  • constantly engage yourself with community activities
  • listen or read motivational source
  • plan your days ahead without worrying too much over unpromised future
  • analyze your strength,weakness,opportunity and threats (SWOT) regularly to enable you function productively 
  • reach out help when needed and work without much doubts
  • appreciate if succeeded and learn when fails
  • stay closer with family,friends or whoever cares for you
  • earn to live healthy and happy life
  • most importantly handle over to God and play your role well
     We are born to live despite any problems to come and not to die otherwise we would existed.Also,negativity is part of our life and we will definitely cross them to attain oppulences.The greatest mistakes that lead to suicidal ideation are comparing ourselves with others,worrying to much about future,anxious about life,adapting a non healthy ways of living and fail to gratitude.
