Days Of The Year:Macadamia Nuts Day

 

Macadamia is in my most favourite list of nuts,honestly, it is highly irresistible! I was introduced to macadamia in a bar of local chocolate with a very minimal amount, embedded in the bar as nips. It was difficult for me to recognize till I flip over the cover. So I started use them generously in my baking or cooking, of course, it goes extravaganza in any baking, the taste even multiplies when roasted and combined with other nuts.
