Fitness often is mistaken for weight loss or slimming obsession but fitness is meant for good health and shape too. Physical fitness is achieved with a nutritious diet, moderate to vigorous training and sufficient rest. The basic 5 components of fitness are cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition.
