It is very omen to ask someone if you have ever thought of negative, being so negative or at least cause negative events to someone. Honestly,we all have undergone this circumstance of negativity unless you were just born a few seconds ago. Negativity not extremely bad when it drives good forces within yourself or to the someone you trigger. However, it is often perceived as bad or sinful action without
considering the better sights it has to offer. Living a balanced life is really divine but I wonder if everyone capable of doing so despite loaded with wealth, undoubtedly healthy, practices yoga and meditation, read good books or extremely religious. A situation or circumstances tends to push you into negativity to manage such situation or circumstances, after all, survival matter most! In contrast, a sane person would be able to overcome them to shift into positivity without harming anyone, including herself.

- unable to analyze the situation
- interested in unhealthy competition
- emotionally unstable
- poor family or social support
- easily addicted to the negative circumstances
- the pressure to elevate social status or receive the honour
The solution arises even before a problem shows up so reaching out ways to dissolve those problems are not the primary matter of concern. But many fail to rectify their negativity or channel them promptly due to several issues involving personal or social circle. I strongly believe that changes come on the scene provided the person jerks to move following some of the solutions listed below:
- stay calm and never react immediately if someone triggers for irrational issues
- speak to your mind on how to tackle a situation in a positive manner or approach
- keep your emotion in check
- reach out someone who understands you most regardless of who they are as long they are sensitive to your thoughts and ready to guide
- keep mind and body in equilibrium state or rather neutral
- live your precious life for your own satisfaction and praise often yourself for that reason and never urge to get appreciation or honour from someone else
The take-home message is not running away, hiding or simply ignoring negativity but equip the talents or skills to overcome them mindfully!
