That is very true that senior citizen will help to bring the best from us by guiding us with their experiences including the good and bad one. However, many people tend to disappoint or neglect their advises without the awareness that they have travelled farther in the journey of life. The senior citizens can be anyone; our parents, uncles and aunties or whoever falls the age above 60 years old.

Let's respect the day by:

• apology to the senior citizens in your friends and family if you have ever hurt them 
• talk to the senior citizens pertaining to their life journey
• present gifts to the senior citizens to appreciate their presence around us
