Beyond Mat
Yoga and meditation no longer appear strange among us but it remains stagnant due to several reasons such as lack of awareness, unable to seek proper practice, perceive yoga little pathetic for their lifestyle and simply reluctant over body fitness programmes. However, yoga practitioners or organization are taking various efforts such as free education, massive yoga gathering and set up more classes to bring them closer to this divine culture. People's attitude and motivation frequent stand as the stumbling block which keeps them from progressing especially when health concerned. Also, I truly understand about certain people who find it difficult to follow proper yoga practices so they had to depend on the youtube classes to learn and articulate their good health. At least the efforts taken by them portray their sincerity to preserve their health hence wellness too. Personally, I have been to yoga classes nearer to my place which offers a great convenience to travel, also which kept me going with my practices and has someone to correct or guide me. I believe that not all have the luxury of time or place to reach yoga studios without interfering their daily activities, jobs and other commitments."Beyond Mat" column is specially dedicated to those people who have the intention in mind but somehow has few issues that kept them away from making them real, can be anyone from any age group. I discussed the yoga poses that I have learned during my classes with teacher's guidance and also I explored a little more pertaining the poses by undergoing Harvard's Yoga Course so I can share the right matters with my readers. Keeping knowledge within yourself without sharing them is simply an accumulation of sins. God blessed me with the skill or awareness of yoga to be spread with everyone because not everyone is lucky enough to receive such a blessing . Meditation is the subcategory of yoga , combined practice for mental health. Probably, I may keep going on describing yoga and the goodness but I would like to keep them for the upcoming Beyond Mat articles which will be published for your view every Tuesday. My sincere request to read them, understand and practice or at least take the efforts to walk in a yoga studio to spell your positivity by performing yoga!
