This new method of diet motivates people to fast in convenient ways to achieve their health goals. Fasting is culturally observed in many parts of the world by many religions such as Indian observe fasting on special days for ritual performance, Malays fast in the month of Ramadan before Hari Raya celebration, fasting is a spiritual belief taught in Bible by Jesus and many other facets of fasting constituted us.
