My Story:Tripurti
Part 3
I planned for a short trip, probably about 2 weeks to cover the contents despite uncertainty remain strong. Somehow I believe that these tasks going to be complicated and might drag more days.
My alarm disconcert is like tearing my eardrum apart. That is quick to see the clock showing 3am, I slept late last night after packing my belongings to depart to Tripurti today. My eyes remain sluggish and I felt extremely heavy to clear myself from the comforting bed. The airport taxi will arrive in a while so I have around half an hour to get myself ready. Missing a plane is really hassling, will result in a waste of time and money too. My experience of a missing plane in the last trip to Hawaii for a journal conference was awful. I had 35 minutes ahead of when I reach the check-in counter but the officer sternly mentioned that I have to be at least an hour before departure time for the check-in. Seem they don't bother my begging, really a bit of bad luck! The new ticket cost doubled from what I have purchased previously and perhaps 4 hours later too. Stranded in the airport benches before stepped into the plane with a great sigh of relief.
"Mom, can you help me with a coffee? "Definitely not to miss before I'm leaving her for somedays and to refresh my morning too."Hey you, better quick! Your taxi is here, "I could see from the room window as my mom screamed from the kitchen. An old Chinese uncle stepped out from the taxi and waved at me, his eyes seem sharper than mine at this hour. I waved back and cued him to wait awhile while I finish my final makeup touch. The white shirt with checkered jacket looks perfect for me. Mom's coffee is always good as her but I did not sufficient time to praise her enough.
"Thank you for the coffee mom and take care while I'm away."
"Please do not forget to ring me once you arrive and take good care of yourself," her tone seems muffled embedded with worries.
"Trust me I will be fine, nothing to worry. Make sure you take your medications on time and get aunty Simmy's help if needed, "I assured her while hugging her tight.
The taxi uncle is so kind as he helped to carry my luggage and backpack while I put on my newly bought fancy shoes. All my stuff are neatly arranged in the car boot when I was mesmerizing with my new shoes. It's 3.40am now, I quickly jumped into the taxi after adieu with mom. The journey to the airport would take about 1 hour, my departure is at 6.30am."Good morning madam, where are you flying to?" the taxi uncle's voice is soft with good English commands."Well, I'm going to India pertaining to my profession."So much wish to doze off while reaching the airport but our conversations seem endless. The uncle is very pleasant and honest, also underwent extensive angles of miseries to shape up his life. I always remind myself when seeing this kind of personality that every human lives their designed life. Yet to see the sun to rise, very few cars passing the airport roads. Finally, we reached the airport entrance at 4.30am, glad that I am not late again.

"Thank you uncle, you are such a nice gentleman," I acknowledged his favour with an additional of RM20 with the promised rate of RM160."Oh, thank you, madam! Thank you for your kindness and have a safe journey."His life stories entertained my journey to the airport but I didn't get his name.
