The Series:Tripurti

PART 1

"Nany wake up, it's 9 o'clock now. You gotta go work or else might be late as usual," my mom screamed, seem it far in the dream but actually, she was sitting next to me gripping my hands."Good morning mother! What is breakfast today?"I can hear my stomach grappling since I just took a cup of milk last night for dinner. "Today I cooked idli and sambar, your favourite. Refresh quickly and have it," she replied as she walks through the bedroom door. Idli is a very healthy Indian dish with low calories as well. It goes well with sambar or also known as dhal curry. The bright sunlight shone my face as I separated the curtains apart which infuse a good and energetic mood to jerk start the day. My usual morning routine begins with a shower and headed to yoga. Yoga is the essential philosophical practice in Hinduism and emphasized in the ancient scriptures such as Rigveda. Yoga accompanied with meditation improves flexibility, muscle tone and strength, respiration, relaxes the mind and many more. My mother's sambar fragrant pulled me towards the dining table in the kitchen. Plated 3 idlis and poured a generous amount of sambar on top, I could spot some potato and brinjal to add the taste in sambar."Hmm, it is so tasty mother!" My mother smiled as I complimented her cooking, also the idli melted into my mouth smoothly. Generally, we are attracted to mother's cooking because it is not just food but combined with pure love where you would not be able to find while eating outside."Thanks, are you really going Tripurti next week? Have you decided?" my mom queried.
