A new word to learn during this era which competing to attain the greatest achievement over digital life. Personally, I would say it is the "Golden Age" because everything turns into gold with just a click away. The traditional approaches in various matters facing extinction since the introduction of digital. I wonder if any would even deny that digital aid convenience, signifies progression and promises the future. Unfortunately, this digital life also can be the source of worse consequences where humans losing their natural presence in many ways. This is including emotional burnout and keenness to isolate themselves with an object containing mastering these digital works. Thus, digital detox provokes changes into betterment and to keep human a little lagging from these digital devices. How it is really done or how exactly should it be done?Simple, just stay away from the devices for a period of time closer to nature. Ideally, more than 24 hours where you engage with nature or just away from this seducing monster for some time. Surely, this will cause anxiety especially when you are one fast-moving person. Actually, this is worth trying because it really rejuvenates your mind and body. Not easy, but doing repeatedly and consistently enables one to handle the practice easily. Remember, changes come from oneself!
